Ethics are a choice — not a membership. Local-n-Global Realty is not a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, and our agents do not use the REALTOR® designation. This is a deliberate business decision — not a reflection of our professional standards. Ethical conduct should never depend on paying dues to a national organization; it should define every client relationship, every negotiation, and every transaction. We fully support cooperation among real estate professionals and are active members of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), working collaboratively with brokers and agents throughout Northeast Ohio.

A straightforward commission structure. We believe compensation should be simple and transparent. There are no monthly brokerage fees, no annual company dues, and no hidden administrative charges. A modest percentage of each transaction is retained by the brokerage to cover administrative support and operational expenses, and our agents keep the largest share of the commissions they earn. It's a structure that rewards productivity — not bureaucracy.
