Svetlana Stolyarova

Svetlana founded Local-n-Global Realty to bring two worlds together: the Greater Cleveland market and the international communities buying into it. Her family immigrated to the U.S. in 1998, and she has been helping people buy and sell across Cleveland since 1999 — with a particular gift for guiding immigrant and multicultural clients through the process in their own language. A licensed Ohio broker who holds a Transnational Referral Certificate, she works both directions on the map: helping investors from abroad find their footing in Cleveland, and helping Americans invest overseas.
